HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?
We ship worldwide via EMS Premium. Shipping to most regions is 30 USD and 15 USD for regions in Europe & Asia. We also offer complimentary free shipping for orders over 400 USD. Please refer to the flat rate for specific countries shown at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, though this may vary depending on your country’s customs process. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we ship globally.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR DUTY TAX?
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means you may be required to pay customs duties or taxes depending on your country. While we try to mark items as gifts, we cannot control or be held responsible for customs charges.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final due to our made-to-order and limited production system. Returns or exchanges for reasons other than our error (wrong item or defective product) are not accepted.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR?
Even in case of product defects, if the exchange request is for a different size, color, or product, return shipping must be paid by the customer.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be canceled after payment, as production begins immediately. In unavoidable cases, please contact us within 10 minutes of payment at support@thepebbleparc.com or via the 'Contact Us' board. If the refund is approved, card processing fees may be deducted.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?
Color differences, minor size deviations, organic material characteristics, damaged packaging, and sale items cannot be returned.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN FOR A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM?
Please email support@thepebbleparc.com or use the ‘Contact Us’ form. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
If the issue is due to our fault (wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs are covered by us. For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping (KRW 3,000 one-way / 6,000 round trip).
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
